You guys gotta check this dude out. I don't think he's gay, and who cares if he's not, it's not about that. He CAN get to be a little obnoxious, but it's ALL THE ENERGY!!! He seems very knowledge about more than just the surface view of diet and exercise. I ran across him this a.m. when I was trying to switch it up for breakfast/brunch (I have a roommate on a "no carb" LOL diet) and thought of a crustless quiche. I Googled and he had a You Tube video recipe for 'em. I made 'em and they turned out great...and tasty too (hints of Lucy). Watch a few of his videos and judge for yourself. Dude is funny as shit too....quick wit....seems pretty natural.

Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah, he's funny. I love the end of the first video and points out alot of great things people often overlook. Well, I know I'm guilty of them. icon_redface.gif

I like how he says pro-gress, as opposed to pra-gress. So Canadian, eh? icon_biggrin.gif

The little bit of him I could stand to watch had a lot of truth in it, but he annoyed the fuck out of me. Had to stop after a few minutes.

He's slow. And annoying after 2 minutes. Witty, yes. Trying too hard to be witty, absolutely. But kudos for him achieving his physical results based on the before and after pictures. He's probably truly a nice guy to hang around with...for a short period of time

I kind of find him annoying. Also, he can't run for shit. But good on him for making a difference in his life, and if he can encourage others to do the same, then I'm all for it! icon_wink.gif

Gave up watching him , but isn't a quiche without a crust an omelette? Same mixture, just baked rather then fried.

Omelettes don't usually have cream at least that I'm aware of.

Actually, more like a frittata. But close enough. icon_smile.gif

Wikipedia's definition of an omelette may contain milk or cream .
I use the same mixture for both (milk not cream), my quiches just have more added extras (onions, toms, etc.)
