Why do really fit guys always tend to wear the most loosest jeans possible that DO NOT show off their fantastic arses ? If I worked out hard and long and got such a great bum as I result I would want to show it off all the time and wear some nice tight jeans ! Not those baggy gangster ones ! Ugh !

    Sorry, rant over icon_redface.gif

And interesting article here explains it best -

I'm glad this nonsense is finally against the law.

I think this look is very childish.

Everyone is not obsessed with the need to gain notoriety for their awesome gluteus maximus.

I personally think jeans that are too tight are so queeny and a bit too "how you doin!" (see wendy williams for that one).

However, I also think it is annoying when I see some dude and sometimes chicks (usually butch chicks...also known as Shim's) wear their pants below their ass.

Too tight looks... well... too tight. Too loose looks sloppy. Having the waistband below your ass is just disgusting... I really don't want to see anyone's dirty underwear, thank you. Besides, if you have the need to run and you're wearing your pants like that... with the crotch between your freakin' knees, how the hell are you going to be able to run?

Pants should fit, not too loose, not too tight. Jeans should fit snugly, but not so snug they look painted on. Otherwise, you'd be better of to just go naked.

I hate the baggy look as well...but I think that making laws like that is going to backfire...making people rebel. The type of people that wear their clothing like that are the same ones that will rebel against a law like that. And I really doubt that the police are really going to focus on it.

I'm going to be very unpopular for saying this, but I like to wear jeans that are kinda baggy. Not like... drooping from my ass baggy, but comfortable! I find the tight jeans that make my butt look great are also a tight squeeze and don't have pocket-space for my wallet, keys, cell phone. I guess it's one of those form over function things.

    interesting hey!

Well while overly baggy jeans are...well ...overly baggy!

If your going to wear jeans that dont fit you its the better option than the overly tight option.

Overly tight is not just a poor choice...all the assets you have got are jammed in and out of shape and well just wrong basicly!

at least with a bit of space for your great arse to move in there s also a hidden function to show off a fabulous gut without all spilling over those over tight jeans...nasty!

I agree that too tight jeans do not look that good even on the fittest of guys aka skinny jeans, but as long as they are tight enough to show off the bum and a bit of bulge than I think that should be cool enough. Boot cut jeans are quite good at this icon_smile.gif

That look of jeans pulled way down to expose the underwear is the most ridiculous fad I have ever seen. But, I'm sure we had our fads too that drove our parents nuts.

still at 46, One still has a tight Aussie Bum. But this is something One has not had to work for either; it's just part of the packaging. Just like Ones calves and chest, thick neck, and big shoulder's. So One has a tendency too take these things for granted. Ones Levi's waist is 34". But I like to wear a 38", 40" With a belt, so they don't hang below Ones Aussie Bum. Not all Ones jeans, but most. Yet One looks good in tight jeans and tight T/shirts too. But if someone feels they have missed out on a purve. One is sure they will be able to build a bridge, and get over it.....

But then. One also lives in shorts most of the year round. But these too, can be baggy. But.......Not all.

But this is not the same look, as Jeans hanging below your ass. But hay I well remember the dreaded looks of the 70s, and 80s. OMG, now we are talking shocking....

The stupidest thing is that they DON'T feel comfortable! Try it out yourself at home you can hardly walk right!

Not only is it ugly, it is also unmanageable.

Show you how low the intelligence level of these kids are. God bless the future of our economy because I don't trust these idiots to work hard and pump money into my pension fund!

    What. The. Hell?

Crimes of fashion should not equal crimes of law. If they do, then sports jerseys (without matching attire) and bowties (when not worn with tuxedos) should be the next to go.

I can understand and agree with dress codes in school and other forms of occupation, but in public? The burden of proof of sagging's negative consequences on society lie with the proponents of this ban. I have strong doubts in their ability to prove a causal effect between sagging and criminal activity.

Mind you, I think sagging is a stupid trend and don't intend on doing it (other than for parodic effect should I ever do parodies). However, my opinion of stupid or childish should not necessarily equal criminal.

If my opinion of stupid was to equal criminal, then the legislators who support these bans would be among the first to go.

Some people loog good with a the baggy look and some don't. Others look good witht eh tight look and some don't.

Whatever floats your boat I guess.

I do, however, find it rather disturbing when I see a real skinny person wearing jeans 3x their actual waist size and has like 2 layers of underwear under on just to keep them halfway up. Sometimes I just wanna grab these people and bring them home with me so theycan eat a healthy meal and gain the neccessary weight need to make the close fit right.

Vice versa with big people who suffer from a massive case of muffin top. When they wear something extremely tight I sometimes just want to give them a rolling a pin and tell them to spread it out, hit a gym or do some type of work out and to diet properly so that earing those tight close actually looks good.

The man makes the clothes, in my opinion, and a man who wears things properly in both size and fashion has my vote instantly no mater what they look like.

When I was in high school I used to wear the loosest clothing possible. I think it has to do with wanting to feel big. What I didn't know was that it only accentuated my lankiness. LOL

I started wearing clothes more my size and people immediately complemented me for gaining weight. icon_rolleyes.gif

I dunno what the deal is really about showing off your boxers, it not like you want people to check if you shat yourself! Haha!

I have a pair of baggish jeans, but they remain on my hips/waist. But they do sometimes start to slip, 'cause I bought them a size too big from the market. If they slip just pull 'em up!

Otherwise I usually wear one of 4 pairs of normal jeans, and 1 tight pair of jeans, which on the contrary is one or two sizes small!!! (That's why they're so tight!)

In fact they're so tight that the zip sometimes opens up on its own when I sit/stand! Have to keep checking! Heehee! icon_biggrin.gificon_lol.gificon_razz.gificon_wink.gif

There's a difference btw baggy jeans and wearing jeans that hang over your ass...

The plaid boxer thing has got to go
And I think fairly soon that it'll go on the same pile of fashion disasters as the leisure polyester suit

but I don't think that there's anything sexier than a hot man on a tee shirt and baggy jeans .... yummy!
