I read your profile and see that you run. I was going to suggest semi- vigorous exercise most days of the week with maybe a day or two where you go harder than the others. Laying off caffeine, refined sugars, nicotine, alcohol, and any other drugs is always beneficial if you use any of that stuff. I think a natural diet is always the best way to go, but that's just my own opinion.
You also have to change your attitude about things and go into situations which would normally make you nervous with courage. Our anxious thoughts rarely turn into realities yet with anxiety we suffer as though these things that we fear the most are actually happening. Not a fun way to live.
