We all know that as we get older our metabolism slows. I'd be curious if you guys have any good suggestions on how to boost the metabolism.

Yes, that is very true, ww1969. Consistent and regular exercise will increase your metabolism, or at the very least prevent your metabolism from decreasing. Hey, engine wear and tear over time cause the body to not be in the peak performance it was 10, 20 or 30 years ago, so we have to make adjustments.

The OTC metabolic enhancers, at least the safe and effective ones (if they're out there) work, for the most part, but only when you're on them. They won't permanently increase your metabolism.

Why do you want to increase your metabolism anyway, OhioJock?

Yep...good ole muscle work is what you need
Ans the best exercises that will keep the calories burning will be leg work....
the quads are the heaviest muscles in your body and if you get them to hypertrophy>>>>increased metabolism
