    Bodybuilder folks...What is the best/fastest way to put inches on my chest? How many inches can I realistically put on in a month..6 months?

    Right now I am lifting two days on and one day of so...chest every third day. I'm doing 3 sets of 6-7 reps upping my weight to maintain that ratio. I do 4-5 chest exercises on chest days.

    Any advice is welcome!

    More proteins and carbs- preferably complex carbs, and calories in>calories out, since that's how you gain weight in general. I hope that helps.

    For me aside from the various bench press/flys it took constant daily pushups and heavy usage of a pec dec machine to the point that those two exercises far outnumbered what I would bench press . I would drop and do pushups to failure at least once if not twice a day while at work (closed my office door) or at home say in the middle of laundry.. just drop and do them regardless of what time it was. At the gym I don't think there was anyone else who ever used a pec dec machine as much as I did and I still do. I don't drop and do pushups to that extent anymore though. Part of the reason I guess is because I had or possibly still have one side of my chest bone that sticks out a little farther than the other side which was I very self concious about when I was thin. I wouldn't dare take of my shirt back then. How much you put on in 6 months. couldn't say, everyones different.

    Working out = The stone masons

    Food = The bricks

    Can't build a house without focusing on both. You can have an army of masons but that house ain't getting bigger without more bricks.

    Food is expensive. I'll just build a stucco house. icon_razz.gif

    Food doesnt have to be expensive, u jus might not like tha menu as much as if u spent more, it jus depends how bad u want it vs how much u can spend, ive done $65 for 2 weeks, it is possible, jus not really fun, m kina curious ta see what others have ta say bout how much u cn add in 6 months.

    Thanks guys, Good stuff so far. I have added Serious Mass on my workout days to up my calories. It had the least fat and no sugar along with basically a multivitamin built in. I've been on it for about 2 1/2 weeks now.

    Any supplements work wonders for anyone?
