And she didn't say Gaga once, lol. I could do without the sax part too.
Basically I think she is trying to hard to create the perfect song, the meaningful song and everything has an agenda that often ruins many artist.

So far her new stuff if so pushed, the videos would be better if the budgets were $100 like Just Dance and I am not sure if any of these songs would be popular for more than a few weeks, unlike her Fame & Fame Monster music.

I like it the better than Born This Way or Judas. Hats off to her for taking a chance and trying a different sound instead of recycling the same stuff over and over. I think going the direction of glam rock with some dance beats thrown in could work well for her.

Miles better than the first two singles! I like it, even though it sounds a little 80's right down to the saxophone break (although this may be intentional).

As an 80's kid, this song is rather refreshing for me.
    I like it!
Now if we can just bring back the hair bands and heavy man makeup and explosive concerts. icon_lol.gif

I just don't like...I mean so what if it sounds better than her first 2 singles, it doesn't mean it's a masterpiece. Sorry Gaga fans, it's just not happening this time around.

btw, to me it sounds like a Pink and Celine Dion song mashed together with a Bruce Springsteen song.

    this woman is still around?

surely the industry must have another composite doll in the pipeline.

This song I liked... Much better than Judas... However she released her next single so shortly after the release of Judas...

I don't think it's an official third single. Although given how craptastic Judaaaas Judaaa is, she might as well rush release another song.

Like it. Much better than Judas.
Funny how her name triggers such love or hate.
She's a disposeable pop star, like many before her, and many after.
No one thought Madonna would last, so it will be fun to see if Gaga can maintain. 200 Monster Ball shows is milking the cash cow, though.

I do hear a little hit of Vixen in this for you other 80's hair band fans.

I like it alright, but it sounds like it should be a Pat Benatar or Bonnie tyler song. It sounds exactly like something that would have been on the radio in the 80's, which is hopefully what she wanted.

This. I liked that it is clearly influenced by the era without being a heavy-handed homage to any one artist. It just manages to be retro yet fresh, like the early 2000s retro Brit-rock.

LOL - I didn't make myself clear. Obviously this song has influences from 80s pop rock. What I meant was that I liked that she was taking a chance and not just keep making songs that are variations on Just Dance or PokerFace. Looks like she is moving away from Euro dance beats and doing something a bit different. Listened to it again and like it even more.

I agree with ZDrew that the song was clearly influenced by some 80s artists - yet GaGa still put her unique stamp on it.

lol did that person really compare Britney with Ke$ha? Sweetie, let's see if Ke$ha will still be relevant 13 years into her career.

Anyway, I think I am liking it a bit more than when I first heard it, but I prefer Judas still and it's SO 80's, I like that about it.

Meh, it's ok. I don't really like her new stuff anymore. I still think The Fame was her best album so far=/
