yes it is possible but its not easy. you really have to watch your diet. making sure your getting enough calories/protien to support muscle growth while also making sure you arent getting too many calories so that you can lose fat in the process. you will also have to limit the amount of cardio you do cause you actually burn muscle during long periods of cardio. its difficult but it can be done. you just have to try and see what works best for you cause everyone is different. good luck!
