Long story short I really like milk, I usually have a class in the morning, use it in my coffee instead of creamer, put it in my tea, etc... I was drinking 3-4 glasses a day, I don't drink sugary drinks like soda or fruit juice...

A few days ago I started the 12 week body challenge... I knew milk had sugar in it from lactose, but I head different opinions about it. What is your preference, if you were doing the 12 week body challenge would you drink it?

Also, a few years ago when I lived in the city I drank hood reduce carb milk, and loved this stuff. I would drink it again, it's just I have to drive 45 minutes to buy it and at $3.96 a gallon for gas this aint happening, are there other alternatives?
