Just ordered this in the mail; looking for other dudes who may have had a chance to develop more training routines already.
    Where do you use yours?

I'm stoked to get this out onto the trails.

We have TRX set up at my gym, and I've watched their training DVDs (instructor in the DVDs has smaller arms than me and an annoying voice but I digress). For the price of the system I am not impressed. You can do a lot of those same exercises with much cheaper resistance bands and a door/wall anchor.
It just seems like an overpriced fad.

I have one in my second bedroom and enjoy the core exercise, biceps, triceps, exercises. I use it to supplement my regimen. Also, when I travel is perfect, so even if a hotel does not have a gym, I can exercise and get a true workout. I got introduced by my trainer about a year ago, and thought it would be perfect especially when traveling.

It's great for travel for when it would be impractical to tote around a bunch of Kettlebells in my luggage, heheh.

Thanks for confirming this as I am tempted to get one, and I already have a set of heavy duty resistance tubing. I got a seven-day pass at a gym near work where there's one TRX suspended from the ceiling. I like it and notice exercises with it work my abs indirectly. icon_smile.gif I don't think a door attachment will give the same angle to those exercises I do with TRX suspended from the ceiling panel. Any one experiences otherwise?

This. I bring it with me when I travel to places where I'm not sure I will have time or access for the gym. I also bring a subset of my Black Mountain Resistance Band Set.

With the TRX there are so many different exercises you can do. I'm not really sure if you can get huge with it but a friend of mine uses it and he looks cut up and has added lean muscle
