Does this happen to anyone else? Whenever I do really intense cardio, afterwards I sneeze for about 7 minutes straight. After that, my nose is stuffed for a few hours, it's nuts! Happens every time, without fail...it's how I know I worked hard, haha.

No but sometimes when I do something really intense, I turn splotchy red. Does that count as a cardio allergy?

You may have the disorder exercise induced rhinitis (EIR).
    http://www.ehow.com/about_6533501_nose-run-excerise_.html

Exercise can cause other allergic phenomena like asthma, urticaria (hives) and anaphylactic shock which can be life threatening.

Some people that run in the cold can develop symptoms similar to exercise induced rhinitis.

You should check with a physician to make certain that you have EIR versus some other problem.

Just a phenomenon, no excuse. But glad I'm not the only one who's body reacts so oddly to it, haha. At least I'm not turning into a tomato!

I get hives if I exercise after I eat. If I exercise on an empty stomach, no hives appear.

It's because you're already too fucking HOT for cardio.
You need to work on bulking up to get even more hotter.

My nose will get runny sometimes after an intense or long run. Especially when it's my first couple of times running outside when it's starting to get nice. My nose will continue to run (like a cold) for a few hours after and then it goes away.
