Anyone else using Kangoo Jumps for Cardio/Circuit training?

    These little guys are absolutely epic. Absorbing a whopping 80 % of impact energy, runners everywhere should be throwing out their knee braces.

    Would love to find some group programs? Anyone thought of any cool ideas for these yet? I'm planning on giving up my gym membership for the summer and just using these and my TRX suspension training. Ah, the life of a student

    Thoughts?

    Yeah- I saw these a while back and thought the same thing.... the look so awkward- but effective..............

    They are great. I have a pair and wear them inside and on the patio, but have not put them on in public yet. lol For cardio I end up using an elliptical trainer or a bike or sometimes a treadmill. I also have a TRX system, force kit, and use them on occasion, but have not integrated them into my weightlifting routine.
