I lose motivation as the week goes on

    Here is my problem as I am sure everyone else has had it.

    The start of the week I am all fo the gym and got for about an hour and a half both Monday and Tuesday. Then I usually take a day off to rest and just can't get back on Thursday.

    Maybe I'm resting too much. What should I do on those days I don't goto the gym to keep me motivated?

    Maybe stop viewing it as a chore and instead as something you look forward to. Which would probably mean you gotta start doing something which you actually enjoy.

    My only total day off (and I often cheat on the bike) is Sunday. That day drives me nuts.

    I think it takes something like 30 days to create a habit, so if you get some form of exercise everyday this month then chances are good that you'll continue. However, if you're not getting something enjoyable out of the deal then you should probably do something else.

    Personally, I love sweating.
