    Lets see if we can get a concensus going.

    What did you eat today? This should provide a bit more of a visual aid rather than cut and paste advice.

    Today (I already know what I'm having later):

    -One Banana
    -Oatmeal w/raisins, skim milk, & flaxseed oil
    -Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread w/light mayo
    -Mixed greens salad w/roasted turkey, broccoli, cucumbers, and balsamic vinagrette
    -Kashi granola bar
    -Lowfat Bluberry Yogurt
    -Mixed nuts
    -Protein bar
    -Black bean burrito
    -Apple w/peanut butter

    l had lunch at my little favourite bufe here Lentil Soup Kofte Meat with a few potatoes and a plate of Haricot Beans and now at 20 10 hrs l had a banana !

    Small bowl of plain Quaker Oats
    Soft Boiled Egg (4 minutes)
    French press coffee (freshly ground)


    Mozzarella di Bufala
    Parma Prosciutto
    Sparkling Water


    Spinach roll
    Steamed carrots
    Pureed banana

    tiny little Armagnac

    Promax bar for breakfast, large cup of lightly sweetened herbal tisane (no tea that early, caffeine puts me to sleep).

    2x Homemade steak wrap with mustard, lettuce, red bell pepper, tortilla. 2 very large cups of lightly sweetened decaffeinated mandarin orange green tea.

    raw macadamia nuts
    chicken salad (chicken breast, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, grated fresh ginger, lime juice, olive oil)

    later today, I'll have some bottom round and beef heart that has been cooking sous vide at 133°F for almost four days.

    8 Almonds
    40g whey protein

    1 Laugenstange (basically a roll-shaped soft pretzel)
    2 boiled eggs

    2 cups cheese and spinach ravioli
    1 cup these fried mashed potato ball things
    1 side salad with yogurt-based dressing
    1 cup parsley soup

    35g whey protein

    75g lox
    3 whole grain Wasa crackers
    125g raw cauliflower

    (this is 800 calories under maintenance for cutting)
