    [color=COLOR GOES HERE]Hi!
    I'm Costas from Greece and I welcome in this new topic regarding the personal training.

    Please be my guest to add anything related to this issue and let's make a start on this fitness aspect so as to assist guys who really need trainers beside them.

    I'm not a PT but I'm one of those guys who desperately are seeking for professional,cheap and real PT!

    If anyone available in Greece (Athens more specifically) please make the owner to contact me.icon_biggrin.gif

    I really need to develop a muscled admirable body in a professional way and not giving a fortune! . . . if possible...

    Thanks in advance!

    i've had a personal trainer for the better part of a year now, i cant explain how much he's helped me lose weight and get stronger. when we first started the bench press and squat machines seemed impossible to me. currently i am happy to report that i can bench well over 200lbs and squat about 220lbs. my trainer has become a close friend and someone i look up to. i look back and when i first decided to get one and im glade that i did when i did. with out him im sure i'd be a bigger fatty, not to say that im not now, but at least now i think i have the muscles to prove that i've had one icon_smile.gif.

    PTs aren't cheap. They have to live. And they have put in a lot of time to become who they are.

    I think PTs are great. I am so happy to have hired mine. They really make your workouts so much better.

    But, if you can't find or afford one...

    Check out the wealth of material on this site.

    If you need your workout and results here so we can keep you motivated!
