Workout Slumps

    So I have fallen off my routine workouts and I just can't get myself to get back into it. What do you guys do to get back into your routines?

    It's best to get back in that mode as soon as possible

    think of the muscle youll gain- how youll feel better about yourself and accomplished. Start back a bit slower at first (to prevent possible injury) but in a couple of weeks i guarantee youll be feeling really good about yourself... take pictures of yourself to see the progress youre making. I almost guarantee that will keep you motivated in itself!
