Weight training + Aerobic activity?

    Heya,

    I was thinking, one of my things to do at the gym when I want a small breather but don't want to stop moving is to just circle one of the 30 lb weight balls around my waist, basketball style, seeing how many time I can do it and how fast, and also throwing it quickly into the air and catching it one handed.

    Its fun, has a combo of dexterity and strength involved.

    My question is, is there any sort of workout routine that is similar to this only even more so? Juggling concrete bags or something, maybe the same thing only working up to very heavy bowling balls...not sure, does any of this ring a bell in someone's head?

    Try juggling Shakeweights.
