Okay ... I have a nickname given to me since I really do have a short temper. I am good at masking it, for the most part, but it does come out from time to time.

    I'm called Short Fuse.

So, what is YOUR nickname that your friends give you?

wysiwyg (what you see is what you get). Thus the change in my RJ username (that and coming across my old username in Google accidentally).

In college one of my friends dubbed me ProZac, after the antidepressant. It kinda stuck within that group of friends for the rest of my college career.

thanks to a certain teen movie, my last name has done me "wonders" throughout highschool. aside from that, when i was a little little kid i snuck into my mom's friends' kitchen and ate all the pickles from the fridge. aside from "klepto", guess what nickname that got me.

I don't have a nickname. I'd suggest the guys here come up with one for me, but I'd live to regret it.

From your main profile pic, I'd hazard a guess that the TO in your screen name stands for Tits Out. Therefore, I dub thee......

"Cat" . In Taiwan my dad's friends called him Mao Mao, i was called Shao Mao. Shao means small, and the word shao mao, is also "cat".

Later on i would dance the role of the Cheshire Cat in the Canton Repretory Dance Companies production of "Alice In Wonderland".

People who see me dance, and people i've sparred with, always say i move like a cat because i always have my footing even in impossible positions. And my movements are fluid, like i'm missing bones (cat's dont have shoulder blades).

    SO... i was called Cat.

    Something from astronomy perhaps.

    - Red Dwarf? No that is insulting;
    - Black Hole? That is insulting and crude!
    - How about Supernova? Not bad.

Hehe, I don't think there are too many astronomical terms that wouldn't be taken wrong:

    Horsehead (Nebula)
    Rosebud (Nebula)
    The Witch
    Crab

    I think I'll pass.

Skipper is my Academy nickname. Some cadet thought Skip sounded better than Scott, and Skipper was a "natural" outgrowth of that. It's stuck with me the rest of my life.

The only one that ever stuck was "Dr. E."

I'm from the San Fran Bay Area and went to school at UCLA. When the Loma Prieta earthquake hit the Bay Area in '89, I was understandably concerned about family members who lived in Santa Cruz, the South Bay, and San Francisco and watched a lot of news coverage that day. One of my roommates started calling me Dr. Earthquake, or "Dr. E."

I'm still in touch with one of the other roommates, and to this day he still greets me with, "Hey, Dr. E." And it's caught on with some of my other friends, as well.

I have many nick names from many sources, I think the worst was given to me by Chuck Sweeney, he piloted the second plane to drop the bomb. He found out what I did to somebody who screwed me over, I returned the favor. I let out all the air from his tires and he missed his interview to get into Harvard. Chuck then gave me the nicknmae "Hiroshima" the city which he dropped the bomb. Trust me when people hear how I got it I get NOTICED

Carson lets try ROCK for you stable like one

The ones that have stuck are

DJ Bens (even before I became a DJ, I was a mix tape master and music collector)

lil B or Mr. B (a bunch of friends and my mom call me that)

The only name i dislike is plan "Ben" ugh...
