This week I'll finish RJ's Strong and Lean workout plan, and I'm looking for pointers on what to do next. I've been extremely happy with the results I've seen. I modified the plan slightly, extending it to 24 weeks and doing a lot more cardio while I got ready for a half marathon.

I'd like to focus on building more muscle next. Should I do the Muscle Building plan or the newer Complete Strength plan? Or should I take what I've learned and create my own routine. I feel pretty confident I could do this. Where else might I find good workout plans for building muscle?
