No idea what you were trying to say, lol.

Um... not really sure I've viewed it that way but I guess if I had to pick something then I'd go with it's taught me that the human body is capable of anything.

Additional confidence, not that I lacked it before, but you notice a guy in good physical condition in the professional world... nice to leg a "leg up" so to speak in any way that's reasonable.

It makes me feel good to know that I am doing something to take care of myself. I also like how depending what type of workout I do, I can make myself bigger and more muscular or tighter and leaner. Of course, not as easily or to the extent I'd like, but it is still nice to see improvements even incrementally.

    1. Taught me focus and inner silence.
    2. Has given me renewed confidence in myself.
    3. Reinforced my humilty.
    4. Learned that no matter how "hot" you look, it's what's inside that counts.

Depends on the day. Sometimes insane frustration. Sometimes confusion. Makes me realize we are a country of fatties. Polarizes the genetic betrayal that is my body. Damn my mother and her lack of hips!
