I want to do a 6-week muscle-building program because I feel I have reached a plateau. I found the 12-week one here on realjock but I want a little faster paced one that I can do in 6 weeks. I'm not starting from scratch...as you can tell in my pics. Does anyone have any recommendations of programs as nicely laid out like the realjock ones? Is there any supplement that I should be taking for the 6 weeks? Any help would be appreciated!
