Chances are, you are getting enough Chromium if you have a descent diet.

But research is very mixed about the effectiveness of it in weight loss.

Chromium Picolinate ... Hmmm I'm an intern at a local pharm co ... Are you chromium deficient? I only know a few older individuals that use it. This chemical compound is pretty controversial like I've heard it can obstruct DNA. Keep in mind that some supplements arent worth taking ... youre basically making expensive urine if your body doesnt utilize them.

I use to have those to control my cortisol level. If I am in extreme diet, I start having dizzy and headache. Chromium Picolinate help. But I not sure about the side effect.

with very few exceptions weight loss supplements' side effects don't warrant their use. your best bet is to modify your diet, add more cardio and lift heavier weights. if that does't work you may have a disorder in your hormones or metabolism, which require professional assessment and treatment, and a pill like that won't help.
