motivation tips

    anyone have advice on how to get motivated to workout? I used to workout a lot and loved it and felt great. But the last few months I haven't been motivated at all and am getting depressed and skinny again icon_sad.gif Any advice would be great or things like what you do to make yourself workout when u don't want to. Thanks!

    Well, now we know why the Chinese guys aren't hitting on you anymore.
    Not so much because of your look, but your depressed attitude on life.
    So, start working again or you'll get all depressed and never find a date.
    And then we'll lock you in a room with AC. icon_razz.gif

    Pretty much if you just force yourself to do it, you will like it after you start,

    Or another great thing, take a friend with you who will keep you motivated, training buddies make working out so much better.

    As well as thinking of the end result of what you want.

    I used to have that problem working out at my gym apartment. So I got a membership at a gym and the thought of wasting my money is my motivation!

    Hey man....you always need to keep it in the back of your mind your lifting for yourself...If your mindset is I'm doin it to attract more guys...etc...you'll fail....Look at workout time as your "me time"...cherish it, try to look forward to that time...if you dread it...you wont do it.....Good Luck.....BUD

    Look in tha mirror, then watch any number of youtube workout videos where the guy is 3x bigger/hotter than u, then look in tha mirror again, then say "Fuck that guy!!!" do 20 pushups then go to tha gym n b a beast!!! Caffine pills, no xplode or jack 3d can also help quite a bit

    You need to get back into the workout habit, but at your own pace.

    Workout at home or at a small gym.

    Focus on one body part initially. The pecs are the easiest to pump up.

    Then after a workout, stand in front of the mirror for an honest assessment.

    As you increase sets/reps, you will notice progress.

    Finally reward yourself with a new jockstrap or brief to show off that new hot bod of yours.

    Have you been getting any results from your current routine? If not, then try doing a new one. That'll probably hype you back up and get you focused again. And...seeing the gains will kick start the motivation to keep on goin' again.
