    Hi guys,
just need some guidance: I have been training for three years now: first two and a half doing cardio and lots of yoga + dieting (lost 70.5 pounds) and now it is six months I have been trying to add some tone and lose the last pounds of fat.
I am doing three times a week weight training, especially compound exercises (squats, deadlift, bent over, upright rows, push up, bench press etc) plus 2/3 times a week cardio for 40 min or HIIT per 20 min.
I am noticing a small improvement in muscles mass but the love handles and belly fat are still there.
I think my diet is fine, the only carbs I eat is porridge with a banana in the morning and green vegetables at lunch and dinner. Sometime I have some berries or another banana for a snack.
I weight now 169 pounds, 6 feet tall and my body fat is at 15% (measured with callipers).
I take protein shake after working out and lots of omega 3 (circa 10 capsules) integrators throughout the day.
Do you have any suggestion to improve the situation? am I being too impatient? :-)
I am really working my a$$ off and dieting hard but results are being a bit poor.
Thanks for any comments or feedback.
    Have a gday.

Muscles are made in the weight room.
Abs are made in the kitchen.
