When you update your tag list do you have to go back and re-submit to a search engine? How do I know if and when those new tags will be searchable, does the search engine automatically send out spiders?

Also, for each blog entry should I be making a seperate tag list or just have a general tag list for the entire site?

hmm...I don't bother with the tags, dude...sorry. My blog isn't the kind of stuff you'd google, lol.

You should email one of the guys whose blogs you read and ask them. Most of the sites seem like they have a tag list for each entry, though, as far as I can tell.

    Good luck...

I read your blog, Tommy. It seems to be a laundry list divided between those you've had and those you'd like to have.

I have been "tagging" each post. I find that people then are directed to that post based on the tags. It really does make a difference in increasing patronage to your site. This includes Google and the search engine within the server you are working on, like WordPress, in my case.

Its not very interesting stuff, but you can look at the way I tagged at: www.nobullbarcelona.wordpress.com

i didnt seem to find any of your tags. can you put the sample html on here? do we just use the same tag html we use for the main site like this on an individual page or blog entry and just be specific with that page?

    < meta content='text/html; charset=utf-8' http-equiv='Content-Type' />
    < meta content='all' name='robots'/>
< meta content='WHATEVER YOUR BLOG ENTRY TITLE IS?'/>
< meta content='KEYWORDS TO IDENTIFY BLOG ENTRY?' />
