What do you do on your "off" day?

    Seeing that this is also a health site, I was wondering what yall do when you take a day off from your normal workout/diet routine?

    Challenging. I almost never have a day when I'm not cardioing or lifting or some sort of exercise.... if I am not doing either, its walking or mowing or some sort of different exercise.

    Increasingly, at some point of the aforementioned day, I will, like, think: Hey, today would've been a good day to be photographed. And, as usual, I swear to right this most dastardly of 21st century wrongs come my next day off. And then I go on doing what I was doing as I most often do on my days off: bathe, feast on riches, loaf at leisure, laugh, sing and frolic by the pond, lake or riverbank.

    Relax, write, rest. I'm fairly active outside the gym, but sometimes I need to just not move for an hour.

    On occasion work out but mostly laundry, running errands and entertain my bf after he finishes work by cooking dinner and sharing time with him, well except for tonight as he sleeps on the couch while I type this. icon_cry.gif Ah....he worked all day and is tired, he loved my dinner and the wine and when I drag his ass to bed, he'll snuggle next to me....all is good icon_lol.gif

    My days off usually are the ones that I am so busy and planned out with other things that I can't make it to the gym.

    But not today...I will lounge around and focus on eating healthy and enough!!!
