Are you a night owl like me or a early bird like my brother. I would love to wake up around 3-4pm every day and go to bed around 7-8am. My brother wakes up around 5-6am and goes to bed around 9-10pm. Which do you prefer naturally?

    Haha your "brother."

But I am ALL night owl... I go to bed really really late even on weekdays when I get up at 5:30am to go to work! I can't function in mornings, but I can work like a beast after sunset!

A bit of both. During the week I'm always an early bird. You will see me at the gym at 5AM sharp. On the weekends I'm a night owl. Some Fridays I got to bed at 4AM.

I am most definitely a night owl. I seldom go to bed before 2am every night and thank goodness I mostly work from home to be able to do that. The only time I ever go to bed sooner is when I'm sick.

Otherwise, I love staying up late because I enjoy the peace and quiet with everyone else sleeping. My mind is calm, and I'm able to get a lot of things done during those hours. The hustle and bustle during daylight hours easily annoy me.

I've always been a night owl....I guess this goes back to when I was a child and my parents would make us kids go to bed around 7 (8pm on Saturdays). I always felt I was missing something...Now as adult, I stay up until late waiting for something to happen...But it never does...

Okay, I'll derail this train here....I'm an early bird.

I love to get up early (no later than 6 AM) on the weekends as I'm ready to tackle projects, grocery shopping and cooking. More chill and laid back after 6 PM and usually end up falling asleep around midnight to 1 AM.

    Early bird
I am awake by 6:30am naturally and love the mornings.
Once awake I can't lay in bed and must get up
Every guy I have dated hated it cuz they wanted to sleep in until 9am and then snuggle for a while.

I function on 2-4 hours worth of sleep. I'm good as a Night Owl or an Early Bird with flexible schedule of whatever.

I've been a night owl for as long as I can remember. There is something about the people who are awake at night that I like. I also LOVE going places in New York City and having them mostly empty. It's nice not to have crowds.

The downside of course is that many places are not open 24 hours.. so everynow and then I have to adjust back to days to get my shit done haha.

My gym is 24 hours too which is a god send for me!

I think it maybe depends on your job and what you do. When I am on vacation, I am wired until 1-2am. But otherwise, I naturally drift off around 10:45 and wake up without an alarm clock at 6:55-7:05am every morning.

Gotta admit I'm an early bird.
    Up at 5:30/6:00 am.
Usually conked out at 10/10:30 pm.

I like the quietness of the mornning. Have my pot-o-coffee and watch the news. The three ring circus starts when my house mates and the dogs get up about 8am.

By virtue of my current job (hotel night auditor/desk clerk, working the graveyard shift), I am indeed a night owl. I love it, it's so peaceful and quiet. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, yes...But hey, rather that than a lot of other potential jobs.

half-half for me. I sleep between 1-2am, wake up at 6.30am... Would prefer sleeping later if I could have my way... But I love the feelign of waking up early too! I'm caught in a ornithological dilemma...

Total early bird here. I must be up by 6-7am everyday and asleep by 11pm. Sad but true. I can't think past 9pm.
