Does anyone have special techniques to hypertrophize the wrist muscles/ forearms?

    Has anyone worked with these?

I think wrist curls help a bit use a barbell or ez bar and curl it using the kettle ball snatch and stuff like that.

Didn't Lucy Van Pelt ask Charlie Brown how to gain weight in her wrists? At any rate, no, there is no way to make your wrists substantially bigger as the wrists are made up mostly of tendons......not much muscle. You can make your forearms larger which will detract people from your wrists but that's about it.

    ^^^that
The only way to make your wrist bigger is to break it. But it'll only stay big till the swelling goes down.

But don't the Extensor and Flexor Carpi Radialis & Ulnaris cross the wrist joint?
    Can I make those bigger?

This will be about as successful as trying to gain weight in your elbows. It's a joint.....not a muscle group. Yes, muscle connects there, but that's not where you can actually gain muscle. Think of it like an elongated football. It's easy to gain muscle in the center but as the muscle tapers off into a joint, you can forget about it. And no.....forearm curls will do little to increase wrist size. If that were the case, your elbows and knees would get big from doing curls and leg extensions. That being said, after YEARS of bodybuilding, you will gain SOME wrist size but you will have to gain SUBSTANTIAL size in your arms before this will happen, and your wrists will be the last thing to grow and the increase in size will be minimal. On a positive note.....once your muscles get bigger, this contrast between the wrists and forearms will be something you'll be glad you have.

you can't make your bones get bigger, so you just have to live with it.

i don't have big wrists or ankles. It's annoying because eventually i think it limits the amount of weight you can push/lift.

There is always following the ideal Greek form which Steve Reeves popularized in our culture. You allow your wrists to dictate where you take your form since you can't change them.

Arm size = 252% of Wrist size
Calf size = 192% of Ankle size
Neck Size = 79% of Head size
Chest Size = 148% of Pelvis size
Waist size = 86% of Pelvis size
Thigh size = 175% of Knee size

Muscle Milk is not the answer dude. You need to read all of the posts....not just the thread title. This has already been answered above.
