More interested in loosing my stomach weight than anything else. Is there some sort of video for ABS? Like Insanity or P900X but mainly focus on the stomach parts?

There is, but its like one workout inside a bunch of other workouts

You can torrent it. If you google insanity beach body torrent you can get the whole thing for free, and one of the workouts is all abs.

If you have questions on torrenting you can ask me !

Isolating a body part for weight loss is a very old untrue myth. Sure, you can strengthen and tone your abs, but you cannot target the "stomach weight."

You have to combine diet, cardio, and weight training in order to most effectively shed fat.

I'm doing the Insanity program. There are two ab DVDs I know of- cardio abs and insane abs. They are designed to be used as an add on to the main workouts though rather than to be used as standalone workouts.

    Loose:

a : not rigidly fastened or securely attached
b (1) : having worked partly free from attachments [a loose tooth] (2) : having relative freedom of movement
c : produced freely and accompanied by raising of mucus [a loose cough]
    d : not tight-fitting

    Lose:

to free oneself from : get rid of [dieting to lose weight]

I'm starting Insanity this week. What are your guys' thoughts about the program in general?

I love it! The workouts are challenging - so much so that I sometimes get a bit nervous beforehand about how hard the next 45 minutes are going to be. But I love the feeling I get when I'm done. The only other time I've worked as hard is with a personal trainer that was really pushing me hard. My biggest concern is that the program is so cardio focused and that I SWEAT so much that I might lose too much muscle mass along with fat. I'm doing a bit of weight training in addition to Insanity. I'm on my third week and definitely feel my abs getting tighter and see more definition in my shoulders from all the crazy puship variations in the program.

Be prepared to sweat a lot! I recommend investing in a plyometric mat if you have wood or tile floors or else your knees and ankles will take a beating from all the jumps and high impact moves.

I did Insanity for 1 month and quit after the 1st day of the 2nd month. I didn't enjoy it and was loosing muscles rather than gaining them or toning them anymore. The abs workout are nice but I don't think I want to do the same abs workout everysingle day. I sort of want a program or a professional trainer to show me where to start first, and end last.
