I wanted to start a so what would you do if your boyfriend or someone you cared about was standing in front of a mirror listing their faults and what they hate about themselves...icon_neutral.gif

My entire body. I haven't posted a pic in awhile because I've been leaning out and getting harder and just waiting for a "debut" of sorts. Hopefully it will be June/July.

But if I had to say:

    Stomach(can't say "abs" yet, lol)

    Arms

    Chest

Tell them how awesome they look but tell him that you will support any self improvements that he would like to pursue.

Offer to be their mirror instead of the one they're looking in.

Arms probably. I havent seen any growth in two months so I am trying to eat more. I think I am still small. Oh and shoulders. They seem to be coming along.

    1. Strength-to-weight ratio is improving. I'm dropping fat but still posting PR's nearly every week in the gym.

    2. Facial definition: genetically, I'm prone to "chipmunk face," even when I'm not carrying too much extra fat. As I lean out, I'm seeing my jawline, and I like it!

    3. Not so much physical but it affects the physical more than anything else I do - getting the right amount of sleep. I'm getting better at it, but still far from where I want to be. :/

    1. Abs
    2. Triceps
    3. "Apollo's Belt" (V-shape in the obliques and front/lower abs)

And, I officially hit 8% bodyfat a couple days ago. That was my first goal 1.5 yrs ago. Now it's time for goal #2, which is 6% bodyfat...should come easier since I finally have the nutrition part under control. That's the most difficult part.
