So i did dance so i am decently fit, but i want to build my chest up, Abs and up. Plus my arms.

What would you recommend is a good "get into working out routine" that will stick with me. Its my summer and im home from college so i have everyday of free time.

Machines, sets and how many days of week would you recommend?
