Hey guys,

So I recently downloaded the "Gym Buddy" iPhone app to better keep track of my workouts and progress. I've only used it a few times, but at the end of each workout it shows a "negative gain" of, like, 3.5%. What does that mean? I've been losing a ton of weight, cutting for summer and stuff. I'm following Rusty Moore's "Visual Impact" routine, and like it a lot, but the "negative gain" thing makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Can someone help me understand this? Thanks guys!
