Alright guys I have a 5 week trip coming up in june to Barcelona and need to get my body in ripped condition. Lately I have gained a bit of body fat especially around the tummy, and I have decided to take on P90X to burn off that fat. I realise I won't have enough time to finish the program before I leave but I plan to squeeze as much as I can into the 6 weeks I have until I leave for Barcelona.

Along with P90X I plan to change up my diet... I usually only eat 2 meals a day (with alot of carbs and meats) but not now I plan to take about 5 small meals... these 5 small meals will consist of combination of raw spinach, carrots and other veggies, and all kinds of fruits. 4 times a day I also plan to take GNC anabolic Whey protein to substitute meat and get the protein I need.There will be times though that i'll go out to eat with friends or family, which in that case will be an exception.

One friend has done something similar and it's done wonders for his body...but I don't know if it'll work for me.

Please let me know what kind of results you think this will give me whether good or bad.
