A NY Times article today featured Rep. Kucinich (D, Ohio) visiting Seattle WA over the weekend, admittedly sizing up his chances to run in a new district being created in that state. Apparently Ohio will be losing two House seats and you bet the GOP-led Republican governing body in Ohio will eliminate Dennis' Cleveland district in the redraw so he is shopping for a new district to represent and the liberal bent of the Seattle area is to his liking. The last time this was done was in the 60s by Rep. Ed Foreman who was a Republican elected in Texas in 1962, lost in the Johnson landslide in 1964, and then ran and won as a Republican in neighboring New Mexico in 1968.
