Yeah, walked out into the kitchen... Hungry as hell, unopened packet of plain chips... Was gonna have 1 or 2... 20 something later icon_sad.gif I was SO HUNGRY! And then I was still so hungry I had 2 wheatbix I found... And I could easily go another 4!!! Fml. Just wanna be skinny already icon_sad.gif

Has anyone got any tips on snacks and stuff... Also... Does it matter how much good stuff I eat? Like could I get away with 4 wheatbix and get away with it? Or is that still bad? I'm so clueless... icon_sad.gif

Trash that junk before you eat it and stop buying it. Buy fruit instead and eat as much of that as you like. When I get home and I'm starving to the point of can't even wait for my food to cook I'll eat an orange as I'm getting everything together. Yes there are nights I'll be watching tv or sitting here on the pc and dying for some chips or cake etc but since there isn't any in the house it's oranges or bananas or grapes. That' seems to quell the urge.

The problem is that there were chips in the kitchen in the first place.

Dude if there was a McDonald's in my kitchen you can bet your ass I'd be eating an apple pie and a bucket of fries every minute of the day.

Don't keep shit in your kitchen.

So true. Before you go grocery shopping, write a list of what you're gonna buy and stick to that list. Don't go " ooh chocolate, ooh chips, ooh salsa, ooh cupcakes, ooh bacon (sorry Ariodante), ooh ice cream". Next thing you know, the "ooh" becomes "oops" when you found out you gained 10 pounds in a week. Hope this tip helps! icon_smile.gif

Damn. Paul what was your diet like? You could've won $100,000 if you entered the bodybuilding.com body transformation contest...no? Too shy? icon_lol.gif
