I think the best thing you can do for skin is to nourish it from the inside. Eat foods high in beta carotene, lycopene and get a lot of vitamin C.
Speaking of which, I have a great recipe for you! I thought I share with guys too.
Mushrooms of any kind (I prefer shitake)
Bell Peppers (I prefer orange)
Steam the mushroom. Then cool it.
Dice all ingredients into small cubes. All raw except the mushroom.
Add salt, pepper, some spicy oil
, a touch of honey for natural sweetness. Tada!!! I can eat a pound of stuff per day. You see the mixed play of color too? Mushroom white. Corn yellow. Orange bell peppers. Cucumber green. Cherry Tomatoes red. Perfect for summer and perfect for losing weight.
