    I don't agree. We live in a dangerous time in which the terrorists will stop at absolutely nothing to bring Americans to their knees if they can. We have to be one step ahead of them, and The Patriot Act gives the authorities the necessary tools to try and do that. People with nothing to hide shouldn't have anything to worry about.

    I do find it rather ironic, however, that Obama has continued many of the policies that President Bush put in place -- some of which he campaigned firmly against. Clear evidence that being President gives one quite a different perspective on the realities of the world than being a Senator.
