So you and Mr. Right/Right Now are being all flirty and such, and can't quite remember each other's names, or don't feel like saying full names: so you both use a "pet name".

What "pet names" do you not like, and which ones are ok?

personally I don't like being called baby or anything relating to dessert (I'm the main course dammit!), but I'm ok with anything like "cutie, hottie, stud (etc.)"

I would never want to hear a "pet name" from someone whose name I do not yet have solidified in my head and vice versa! To me, that's for when we're very close. And yeah, no food items.

Unless he's campy and it's "honey" like some guys do to everyone. I don't mind that; I actually think it's funny most of the time.

I like pet names that refer to something that we've done or said but I'm not that comfortable with cutie, too mushy!
