Something new to actual post involving fitness!!!

    Alright, guys I need help (and just kinda curious)....

    I'm trying to organize my workouts. I have allot that I want to do and not sure how to organize it for maximum effcientcy (did I spell that right?).

    Here are my loves...
    Eliptical & row machine (on occassion)

    So, your task, if you choose to accept it, is to organize those into a weekly routine where each gets down twice a week and allows for one day of rest. I have time for the following:

    Mornings: Yoga, running, or biking
    Afternoons: Biking or running
    Evenings: any of it.

    First let's get this out of the way.... Efficiency you want a cookie-cutter daily routine that will maximize your effort

    well...welcome to the dilemma of every guy on this site
    It sounds like you have the basis down
    between yoga...swimming and weights you've got all bases covered

    if you're doing a three part workout Everyday

    what you're going to be fighting is doing Too much and undermining your effort...muscles need rest to effectively grow if that's part of your goal

    yoga is excellent for relaxation and recuperating workedout muscle so I don't see why this can't be done anyday
    swimming and cardio need to be done on days where you don't do weights unless it's done as a warm up or cool down for 10-15 mins
    The rest you need to play with on your own
    workouts are very individualistic and need to be tailored to someone's age ability and level of performance
    something only you or a trainer can effectively do
