Variety might help. Cooking the same thing isn't too exciting.

Any fresh seasonal stuff that looks good? Strawberries? A good burger for a Memorial Day cookout?

You may be one of those who thinks some foods you like are bad for you, but with moderation you can enjoy almost everything.

Ask somebody over for dinner. Company helps.

Dude....I don't think your having problems eating....Your boredom in the foods your eating is kicking your ass...There are a lot of resources in regarding easy and healthy recipes like Bodybuilding.com and this site....Search and see if ya come up with something...Personally...I make my own protein bars...chicken jerky as snacks...I also keep cottage cheese on hand...it blandness makes it possible to add other food items too...sweet and savory....Switch things up brah....BUD

One way I motivate myself to eat more is by working out. After a workout I consume about 2 times more than I would normally eat. Hell, I've been known to just boil up angel hair pasta and just eat it plain because I was so hungry. Two birds in one stone right there mate.

    I had similar issues.
So i tried to work out more. 2 km swimming in the morning and 6 km jogging in the afternoon make everything taste good.

Hahaha, i really can't understand people that "can't" eat. I'm like, wtf, eating is the most natural thing and you can get spoiled very easily. Don't you find food the most addictive thing on the world?
Seriously, food should be labeled as an addictive drug, coz you get hooked on it and can't live without it lol.

I'm having trouble eating not too much ^^

definitely variety, as others have said. and try taking cooking lessons. If you're bored with your food it might be because you're not cooking it correctly or spicing it right.
