    I was just wondering cause i want to carry less food with me to work and school through out the day.What is the most filling food i can eat?

    Potatos scored the highest on this satiety index I saw, scoring three times higher than white bread. Oatmeal is also really good, can eat a big bowl in the morning and not be hungry until like 2pm, plus it's got lots of minerals and fibre in it.

    OMG, the MOST filling food ever is gnocchi. Not the healthiest and not the best all-around food, but eating 2 or 3 of them little suckers gets me filled every time. And I can eat like nobody's business.

    Far be it from me to deny anyone their personal experiences with foods, but it astounds me that people would find starchy foods filling. I recently added a small amount of starch to my diet on gym days, and it upped my appetite enough to make me gain a couple pounds a week.
