    Men tend to gain fat more around the middle, than anywhere else.
    It's the first place it appears.
    It's the last place for it to leave.

    Spend a month doing lots of cardio.
    Cut out all sodas, candy, cookies, chips, crackers, desserts, Mexican food, Chinese food, and fast food (like McDonalds).

    You'll see results.

    Can't spot reduce. You can burn fat, but your body will decide where it burns it from, you can't control that.

    definetly diet and exercise. Im still a work in progres. just learned that cardio alone want cut it.... need to lift weights. and like the other guy said before me you cant pick which body fat you want to burn. stomach is usually the last to go

    You'll lose weight. You have to decide whether you wanna gain or lose weight. Seems like you're split between them.

    alot of times the spare tire is caused from high cortisol. like even when you see the overtrainers that still cant lose their pooch.

    so taking an adaptogen like maca will help replen the adrenals and lower cortisol levels.

    So you want to only remove the fat on your stomach and keep your double chin or what? I'm confuuuuuuuuuuused. Or is it just that you are lazy and only want to burn enough fat that your tummy is clear?

    Anyway, when I look at your pic it looks like you are plenty skinny but will never have abs no matter how much weight you lose because you need more muscle. You can't get thinner skin and if you want to show off muscles you need some. Go learn how to do some powerlifting. Deadlifts, squats, keep your core tight. Preferably from someone who knows what they are talking about rather than some 24h gym "trainer" who basically knows how to adjust the seats on Nautilus machines and that's it (sorry to all the trainers I just offended there - but you know who I'm talking about).
