Let's check in and see what Florida's favorite white collar criminal, current Governor and BFF to our own southbeach, Rick Scott is up to.....

Look here!! Little Ricky vetoed a 12 million dollar grant to assist homeless Florida veterans. How nice! Timely too with Memorial Day upon us! Florida is second in the nation in homeless veteran population. Gosh, that 12 million would be better spent as a handout to Sunshine State billionaires......

Here's the story. I don't make this stuff up (but wish to hell I could...):

    http://www.cfnews13.com/article/news/2011/may/253818/Homeless-vets-group-looks-beyond-governors-grant-veto

But there is something to smile about. Ricky boy has done so much collateral damage in Florida, people are taking notice....his approval rating is the lowest of any US Governor....a whopping 29 percent!

And I encourage all of you to click on the link below to see how bad things are here. Can you imagine what it will be like in 2014 when this guy attempts to run for re-election. You can bet the mortgage our good buddy southbeach will vote for him----"You're doin' a helluva job, Rick!"

I can hear it now. Read this. You will not believe it....

    29%??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

How can you possibly reach that low of an approval rating when you have only been in office for nearly 6 months. You have to be like the worst governor in the history of America to reach that low so quickly.

    Unbelievable.

Yes, 29 percent. That is because the man has a searing hatred for the Common Man and Woman here. The struggling middle class is "trash" to him and he's not caring toward those of color either........We do not have a recall provision here and although there are more than enough signed peititons out there to impeach the jerk, that can't go anywhere because the Florida Legislature has supermajorities of Republicans....conservative, tea baggin', gay-hatin' Republicans.

Here's one more tidbit about Ricky......if a hurricane hits his 9.2 million dollar home in Naples.....he won't need a FEMA-issued blue tarp to cover and protect his family and belongings (those are for the lower classes he believes....). He has another roof in storage!

    Read on.....

So I guess they'd rather have Jeb Bush back with his 65% + - approval rating?

Unfortunately I agree with CJ here .... Floridians did vote a man whose company defrauded Medicare to the tune of millions upon millions of dollars
Why are we suddenly surprised he's doing all this sh*t?

You appear to want to skip over Charlie Crist (R) who actually preceded Scott, not Jeb Bush. After his 4-year term as Florida Governor Crist declined to run for a second term in order to enter the US Senate race in 2010, which he lost.

Governor Scott hates anyone but the rich white males. He is racist. He cares nothing about the homeless. He cares nothing about gays. He is an example of a republican. we will vote him out in 2014.

There you go - throw that racist allegation out there! And you did a real fine job supporting that one.

Jeb was NOT a moderate! The only difference between Rick Scott and Jeb Bush is Jeb can speak Spanish. They are cut out of the same cloth.

Charlie Crist is a Republican/Independent/Whatever these days that even some of us Democrats like. He was a wonderful breath of fresh air after 8 years of crash and burn under Jeb.

Now see....if the Federal government stepped in to help out homeless vets (apparently this is not done through the Veterans Administration....), you would bitch and moan and your head would spin like the kid's in The Exorcist about that.

Your other face has been missing for a while now. I just found it.

Even though his opponent- whose name escapes me at the moment- was really no better than he was, that's straight up cold, if what Turtleneck was right. Especially when you consider that the gov served in the Navy. In which case, this is sad. Hopefully the people will vote for someone who can better govern the state of Florida next election.

Well, this Floridian DID NOT. Conservative Republicans and the Tea Baggers came out in droves for Little Ricky. The pants-on-fire, liberal progressives like me pretty much waited this one out. It is a shame because the Governor's race was too close to call for most of the night and did not have a winner until around 12 noon the next day.

Scott's sh*t doesn't surprise me, nor does it surprise many others. He's DOA for 2014 and that is pretty much a given at this point. The question is...how bad will it be here the day that f-tard leaves??? The mess a new Governor will have to clean up will be ten times worse than the fiasco Barack Obama inherited.
