im looking to build up mass/size in my forearms, ive been doing wrist curls/ reverse wrist curls for a long time now and dont really see any improvement. what should i do to make them bigger? im starting swimming 2moro for 30 mins (2 times a week) would this make them bigger or is there a certain swim stroke i should do that could work them? or should i gain an extra stone? (im 10.5 stone)... also i go to the gym mon, wed and fri for an hour.
