I've got the iPad and am wondering who else has one (which version) and what you use it for.

I stood in line for an iPad2 about 6 weeks ago and ended up getting a 64gb Verizon in White. It wasn't really what I wanted but I figured that I just didn't want to wait in line again. I really liked it overall but the white bugged me, kinda reminded me of the off white computer color. I returned it and went cold turkey until they got me a 32gb ATT black model.

I totally love it and use it for video, podcasts, following this site, email, some drawing, for my calendar, and many other things. It's great to take on the go so I can get some work done when I have down time but I use it a lot in my office as another way to access email or have video playing while I work.

I bought the inCase Canvas case and really like it. Sturdy and looks sharp (tho it wasn't cheap either).

I held off getting an iPad until I could justify it for my business but am very happy to have it. Like the iPhone, I use it all the time now.

    Anybody else?

I have a black 64 gig Wifi iPad 2. It sits next to my bed, and I use it once in a while to do google searches. I have very little use for a tablet, and after using an Android phone for some months now, I much prefer Android over iOS. For me, the iPad has been underwhelming.

iPad 2 16Gb Wifi. I got all my school books in it. I also use it to watch movies and stream tv shows in bed, to create design prototypes and track my gym progress.

No I don't but I have a Viewsonic gTablet that I picked up for $300. It's great during exam periods where I can study documents and casual surfing. Otherwise I rarely use it outside of bedside surfing.

I have a first gen. Didn't see enough 'newness' to the 2 to justify it.
I love it...like my iPhone. I use the iPad mainly for reading (buying and/or borrowing from the library). Some gaming....apps for most sites I visit,,,and some TV/Netflix streaming.

64 GB Black AT&T 3G iPad2. Also had original iPad 3G, but sold it. Use it all the time, mostly web browsing. Also have the bluetooth keyboard. Also have an iPhone4, but don't use it for web browsing. Compared to the iPad, it's just too small.

Had one but sold it cause I never gave it a real use, since for light internet web browsing I used my iphone (Which is the same as an iPad but smaller screen) while when I had to do documents and stuff, I went straight to my computer. So the ipad was just standing there for nothing, Lol.

I had the first gen. ipad 32 gb wifi only.

But either way if you don't have an iphone or itouch, then get an ipad, but if u have any of those two, then, i dont recommend it unless u really want it.

I have one. It annoys me that there are some videos on YouTube that I cannot watch. Or some updates that are not allowed by Apple.

It is extremely handy though I'll admit it.

iPad (16GB 1st gen). I absolutely love it. It's darn near a laptop replacement. I use it for work (great medical apps such as micromedex) school (apps for research study and writing my dissertation) and of course personal use ( reading, news, movies). Hands down the best investment I've made in a very long time.

I cant say that I'm impressed by the ipad2. Whoo hoo it's got a camera! Who cares if the resolution is substandard. When apple fixes that and makes significant improvements instead of minor tweaks I'll purchase a new version. Until then, I'm in heaven with the first gen iPad.

I read a lot of magazines, and I enjoy using ScanLife or Google Goggles to scan QR codes and the like. The iPad has a lot of trouble getting a read on those things, usually requiring multiple tries. In one magazine, it looked like the code had been reduced in size, and the iPad could not read it at all. My HTC Desire Android phone could scan it just fine. That could be an indication that the iPad's camera truly is crap.

I've been considering getting an iPad since version 2 came out. I would love for it to almost entirely replace my computer for web surfing. I know that RealJock is still used Flash for its chat functions. I believe there is a Flash emulator in the App Store. Has anyone used it so they could chat on Real Jock on their iPad?

I have Atomic Web Browser on my iPad, which does display some flash content, but it does not work with RJ chat.

    64GB, white WiFi.
I carry it in my messenger bag and use it mainly for iBooks to read on break. There are a few photo apps I use to touch up some of my pics.
I just have to make sure I don't get hypnotized by it. it's too tempting to fiddle with...and time flies.

16GB WiFi iPad 2, bought it for my mom because the UI seems very senior-citizen friendly. I'm waiting to see how the Sammy Galaxy Tab 10.1 will compare when it comes out next week.

On the recommendation of a magazine, I bought Real Racing 2 HD, and I gotta say that it has really ramped up my enjoyment of the iPad.

I have an iPad 2. 32gb/Verizon 3G. I got a Griffin case that seals it up quite nicely.

It has all but replaced my laptop. I use it for both work and home and absolutely love it.

I guess I have never really felt I needed the iPad since I have the small 13" MacBook Pro that does pretty much everything I need. Granted, it's not as small as an iPad, but close enough. The iPad's sure are cool looking though.

Those MacBook Pros are great. I bought them for my staff at work. Their portability makes them great for going out on-location and to take home for emergency/cyber-commuting.

    Have an iPad1 64GB wi-fi only.
I use it almost every day while I'm at home and always take it with me when I travel.
I use it mostly for watching videos or streaming them to the tv.
Also as a remote control to play streaming music.
Use it for quick surfing and checking email in bed or on the couch.
Reading e-books, reference/dictionary apps and games as well.
I skipped the 2 because I really want a higher res screen like the iphone4.
I would use it for skyping/IM/facetime if it had a cam so I'll most def get a 3 when it comes.
It's also easier to use google maps on the ipad than the laptop.
