I have no fat anywhere on my body except for this -little- pouch on my stomach. It is so irritating, because I run and run and run and it feels like it never goes down. I'm eating generally pretty good too. Any tips on how to get rid of it, I know you can't target one specific part of your body. But still any advice?

Either bulk up and add muscle or readjust your diet to have a diet heavier in vegetables and meat. Basically- complex carbs are your best friend if you eat them. Furthermore, avoid dairy products as much as you can, eat less fruit, and avoid simple starches.

As many guys have said before "abs are made in the kitchen". Trust me- as a guy who rooms with parents that absolutely love and eat almost nothing but junk food, I wind up giving in and that's why I'm a little thicker than I should be.

go get a new treatment called zeltiq. the put a little cooling plat on your stomach and it cools the fat to the point of inflammation and eventual apoptosis with no scarring. It only costs about $800 and since it's non invasive it eliminates the risk of infection or anything.

Depending on your body type, where your body stores fat, and just simple genetics.....you may be in the same boat as I am. Work out all you want, but you'll always have a little there.

....or you can get lypo! That'll fix it, at least temporarily.

The last few pounds of fat may be the most difficult to lose.

You should try something your body is not used to it. Something you are not efficient at it.

No more run and run and run. Try HIIT, and weights, bodyweight exercises.

Same issue here, just that little pooch. I'm gonna have my mouth wired shut for a month. That should make a difference.

but eating nuts and seeds would definitely fill you up without making you gain fat.

Nuts and seeds have a lot of calories though.

I don't think there really is anything you can do about it that isn't extreme since genetics and how your body is structured play the biggest role in appearance.

true, they're calorie dense, but they have the right kinds of fat and protein that you're body can readily process.

i would also suggest maybe getting enough sleep, if you aren't already.

I stopped drinking any beverages that contain high fruitcose corn syrup in them and have lost nearly all my belly fat.

It's been around 3-4 months now and I have lost nearly 20 lbs., and have changed none of my other habits or routines.

All I can say is, it works for me.

I got food poisoning once during a trip to Hawaii. I spent about 36 miserable hours in my hotel bathroom... but after it passed, my abs looked amazing.

you can work your abs daily, but i believe it's probably your daily diet.

do a liquid fast for a few days...soup broth, non fat milk and water...no sodas and none of those silly weight loss canned drinks...it will work and will not harm your health.

if you're doing cardio that much and it still won't go away, then try another diet

I have the same problem though, but I hate cardio- I try to make up for it by eating really healthy..i just eat salmon and spinach salad day in and day out- it seems to be working..for now
