Getting more mobile

    Anyone else in this type of situation...

    I have been working from home now for just over a year.
    I find myself going out less and less.
    I even workout at home now (to save gym $$$).

    How can I improve my fitness and get outside more often at the same time?
    Now that summer is fast approaching will people look at me weird of I take some free weights outside in the backyard?

    How do you get creative to get more exercise in?

    I've seen several places with an outdoor running / fitness trails.
    so you run / walk for a bit, then evey so often a different station like pull-ups or different things, mostly in public parks.

    Here's one in Ottawa no clue how close it is to you or what it's like.

    just search for "fitness trail"

    and a picture of a random one for an example.
