is that I seem to be constantly doing laundry. I cycle to work, go to the gym then cycle to work. I have to change from cycling gear to gym gear back to cycling gear then into my work clothes.

By the end of the week I have a big pile of laundry to do. No-one told me about the clothes washing.

Agreed. It's been even worse for me since I started doing hot yoga, as I only have one yoga outfit (my shorts) and I hate having them stink like my body odor. For those, I've found that it's easier to just rinse them out in the shower which I have immediately following yoga. I'm going to start doing the same thing with all of my workout clothes, and hanging them in the shower stall to dry. Should help, I hope.

I will often rinse my running shorts after a run so as to facilitate wearing them twice before washing. Luckily I'm single and not really dating much, so I've no man around to complain about any odor. icon_neutral.gif

My laundry consists of scrubs, workout clothes, and towels.....Its a constent battle to keep everything clean. I've learned I can wear my shorts twice before they start smelling funky. Helps but just alittle.

i have this problem to. Its feels like three people live in my house. With all the work shirts and suits. Gym/running stuff. and my everyday/ going out wear. I broke down about 3 months ago and started having all of my work stuff laundered for me beside they do a better job at it than i ever did. So now i have more time to work out.icon_wink.gif

This is why I work out in the nude.

Well get yourself a house boy to do the washing?
