So I've recently decided to lose weight... I've just loaded a pic which I'd like feedback on as to what I can improve. But my main question is I'm currently 65.0, and I'm looking to be 60... And i'm not calorie counting, just eating healthy... So how long do you think it'll take? Also, I'm 5'3, 18 and semi active... how many calories should i be aiming for a day?
