    Hairspray!

Saw it 3 times in NYC - even attended the last performance the day it closed - that's how much I love that show.

I like Phantom a lot also, but Hairspray wil always be my favorite.

I've seen a lot of shows also, it's one of my favorite things to do.

The only shows I've gone to more than once are Mama Mia and Phantom of the Opera.

One show I was pleasantly surprised with was Legally Blonde. Wasn't planing on going but received tickets as a gift and loved it!

All touring company performances by the way. I've never actually watched a show on Broadway. Something for the bucket list I guess!

Reach back to the 80's, when I was in the city a lot more than now, and I saw La Cage, Big River, The Mystery of Edwin Drood (love!), the Patti Lupone revival of Anything Goes.

Cut to 20 years later, saw Rent, Lion King, and Next to Normal.

Favorite of these? Drood, with Next to Normal a close second.

Laughed so hard during URINETOWN that it found its way into my top three!

Have a long-time love affair with DAMES AT SEA, the musical that introduced the world to Bernadette Peters.... speaking of whom...

My favorite is SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, which I saw by accident, not realizing what I was going to, with a bunch of non-theatre friends. There I was, weeping like a baby in the Second Act -- the only time I've every cried at a musical -- and my friends were all like, "What the hell is wrong with you? What is this show about? The ghost of his grandfather's lover is giving him painting advice...?"

I've not seen Wicked on Broadway, only in London, but that's my favourite show for sure, I've seen it twice.

The only one I've seen on Broadway was The Addams Family with Bebe Neuwirth and Nathan Lane, I thought it was great.
