Do more even though ur sore?

    If I do chest on a Monday, skip Tuesday but am still a little sore on Wednesday is it ok to do arms on Wednesday or should I wait for my body to heal.

    Personally, I wouldn't. But then I don't do anything at all if I'm sore...just find that my best gains are made when I let any sore muscles completely heal before working out again.
